Quality & Testing
Every compound in our catalog is HPLC-verified to ≥98% purity. This is the minimum threshold for catalog listing — anything below it doesn't ship. Mass spectrometry confirmation of molecular weight is also performed on every lot to verify sequence identity.
Reverse-phase HPLC with UV detection is our standard purity assay. Mass spectrometry (ESI-MS or MALDI-TOF) confirms expected molecular weight per lot. For complex or novel sequences, amino acid composition analysis is performed on representative lots as an orthogonal identity check.
Yes. Independent ISO 17025-accredited analytical laboratories perform verification testing on representative samples from every production batch. The laboratory name and credentials appear on the batch-specific COA.
AQRO Research peptides are produced via solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) using Fmoc-protected amino acid chemistry, followed by HPLC purification and lyophilization to a stable powder form. Synthesis methodology is consistent across batches for reproducibility.

Certificate of Analysis (COA)
A Certificate of Analysis is an official analytical document confirming a specific batch of compound meets specified purity and identity standards. It documents HPLC purity data, mass spectrometry confirmation, lot number, testing date, the analytical methodology used, and the credentials of the laboratory that performed the testing.
Yes. The batch-specific COA covering every SKU in your order ships with the shipment. We never use generic specification sheets in place of a real COA — each document is matched to the actual lot number you received.
Yes. Sample COAs for the compounds you're evaluating are available on request — email research@aqroresearch.com or submit a wholesale application and the COAs will arrive with the response. These are example COAs from previous lots so you can verify our analytical standards before committing.
Email the order reference or lot number to research@aqroresearch.com and the COA will be reissued same-day, no charge. We retain analytical records for every lot indefinitely.

Shipping & Fulfillment
In-stock catalog SKUs are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday. Most US destinations arrive within 2–3 business days; international shipments depend on destination and customs.
USPS Priority, UPS, and FedEx depending on destination, urgency, and the temperature sensitivity of the order. For overnight or cold-chain sensitive shipments, FedEx Priority Overnight is the default.
Yes. Lyophilized peptides ship in insulated mailers with cold gel packs. Sensitive sequences and reconstituted standards ship overnight on request to minimize transit time. The COA notes the recommended storage temperature for each compound.
Yes. Tracking is automatically emailed at the time of dispatch. You can also email research@aqroresearch.com for tracking status on any order.
International shipping is available to most jurisdictions where research-use compounds are permitted under local regulations. Customs documentation and any import paperwork are handled on request. Contact research@aqroresearch.com before ordering if you have questions about your specific jurisdiction.

Storage & Handling
Store lyophilized peptides at −20°C or below in sealed vials, protected from light and moisture. Allow vials to equilibrate to room temperature before opening to prevent condensation in the powder. The COA includes the recommended storage temperature for each specific compound.
Store reconstituted solutions in small aliquots at −20°C or −80°C for long-term storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles — they can degrade peptide stability and produce variability in downstream assays. The optimal aliquot volume depends on your typical assay use.
Bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol) or phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.0–7.4 is standard for most peptides. Some hydrophobic sequences require small amounts of acetic acid, DMSO, or DMF for initial dissolution. Compound-specific reconstitution guidance is available on request — email research@aqroresearch.com.
Lyophilized research peptides stored at −20°C in sealed vials protected from moisture are typically stable for 2+ years. Reconstituted aqueous solutions are more sensitive — most peptides retain activity for weeks to a few months in aliquots stored at −20°C, but stability varies by sequence.

Ordering & Wholesale
Browse the catalog at aqroresearch.com/peptides, add compounds to the cart, and check out. For wholesale or institutional pricing, submit the wholesale application at aqroresearch.com/wholesale and we will respond within one business day with custom pricing.
Credit card, ACH, and wire transfer for retail orders. For institutional accounts, Net-30 and Net-60 payment terms are available on request — provide your purchasing details when applying for a wholesale account.
No MOQ on standard catalog SKUs. Volume tier savings begin at the 3-vial bundle (≈5% off) and scale through the 10-vial kit (up to 25% off). Custom synthesis and bulk-only SKUs have separate minimums quoted case-by-case.
Yes — see aqroresearch.com/wholesale for the three-tier pricing structure. Custom volume quotes for orders above $5k/month are available; submit the wholesale application to receive current institutional pricing.
Yes. Custom peptide synthesis, alternative concentrations, modified sequences, and bulk-only SKUs are available by request. Lead times depend on sequence complexity — typically 2–6 weeks. Pricing is quoted case-by-case.

Research-Use Compliance
Products are sold exclusively to qualified researchers, research institutions, universities, contract research organizations, pharmaceutical and biotech R&D teams, and distributors supplying those audiences. All products are for laboratory research use only.
No. All AQRO Research products are sold for laboratory research use only. They are not approved by any regulatory body for human consumption, veterinary use, or any therapeutic application. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Purchasers are responsible for ensuring their use of research peptides complies with all applicable federal, state, local, and institutional regulations. For academic and institutional buyers, follow your institution's IBC / IRB / EH&S requirements as appropriate. AQRO Research does not provide regulatory or legal advice for end use.
For wholesale accounts and bulk synthesis inquiries, yes — institutional affiliation or research purpose is verified during the application review. For standard retail orders, the research-use-only acknowledgement at checkout is the affirmation; AQRO Research relies on the purchaser's representation of research intent.
