About BPC 157
BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound 157) is a synthetic pentadecapeptide consisting of 15 amino acids, derived from a sequence within the human gastric juice protein BPC. The compound is a stable partial sequence of the native 98-residue parent protein and has been shown to exhibit stability in both acidic gastric environments and physiological pH conditions. As a research tool, BPC-157 does not correspond to any known endogenous receptor ligand but has demonstrated interactions with several signaling systems in preclinical models.
Research investigations involving BPC-157 have examined its effects on nitric oxide (NO) synthase expression and NO-mediated signaling in vascular and mucosal tissue cell models, FAK-paxillin pathway involvement in cell migration assays, and VEGFR2 receptor activation dynamics in in vitro angiogenesis models. Scientific study has also addressed its stability properties across biological matrices, pharmacokinetic behavior in preclinical species, and interaction with the dopaminergic system in controlled neurological research models.

Lyophilized Research Peptides
This product is supplied in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form — a process that extends shelf life and preserves peptide purity and structural integrity during storage. No fillers, excipients, or preservatives are used in the lyophilization process. The lyophilized powder should be reconstituted with an appropriate research-grade solvent in a controlled laboratory environment prior to use in in vitro or preclinical assay systems.
