About LIPO-C (With B12)

LIPO-C (with B12) extends the LIPO-C formulation with the addition of methylcobalamin (vitamin B12 methyl form; CAS 13422-55-4; MW 1,344.4 g/mol), the active cobalamin cofactor for methionine synthase in one-carbon metabolism. The complete formulation includes L-carnitine (mitochondrial fatty acid transporter), L-methionine (SAM-cycle methyl donor), inositol (phosphoinositide signaling component), choline (phosphatidylcholine and acetylcholine precursor), and methylcobalamin (cobalamin coenzyme for homocysteine remethylation).

This five-component research formulation supports investigation of the interconnected pathways between lipid oxidation (L-carnitine/beta-oxidation), lipid droplet mobilization (MIC components), and one-carbon/methylation metabolism (methylcobalamin/methionine). Research applications include hepatocyte model lipotrophic mechanism studies, comparative assays with and without the cobalamin coenzyme, and investigations of the folate-cobalamin-methionine metabolic network. Intended for qualified researchers conducting controlled in vitro and preclinical studies only.

Lyophilized Research Peptides

This product is supplied in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form — a process that extends shelf life and preserves peptide purity and structural integrity during storage. No fillers, excipients, or preservatives are used in the lyophilization process. The lyophilized powder should be reconstituted with an appropriate research-grade solvent in a controlled laboratory environment prior to use in in vitro or preclinical assay systems.
